HA Inclusive Leadership and Diversity Services provides a unique experience in the provision of EDI solutions to all sectors. Haseeb Ahmad BA (Hons) MA Chartered FCIPD is the founder of this dynamic consultancy and brings with him 27 years of in-depth EDI expertise. 


Haseeb, who is on the Disability Power 100 top most influential disabled people in the UK 2019, has
been working in the field of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for 27 years, which includes 17 years in 4 large complex local authorities and 8 years in 3 different NHS Trusts. He has worked at leadership levels across the public sector since 2007.

Haseeb’s experience and knowledge is both extensive and impressive. The experience is backed up with a proven track record in delivering successful projects which include:

  • Delivery of a successful Home Office Pathfinder programme on community cohesion in Leicester (2001)

  • Achieving Excellent (highest level of the Local government Equalities Framework) in 2010 for Nottingham City Council 

  • Successful implementation of EDI strategies and policies throughout his career

  • Introducing Braille Signage at Leicestershire County Council (2005) 

  • The successful delivery of reverse mentoring programmes 

  • Designing and delivering a wide range of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes including leadership training and training to key decision-makers such as local government councillors

  • Developing and implementing evidence based action plans 

  • Successful entries for numerous industry awards and being shortlisted for these over the course of his career

Not only has Haseeb excelled in the field of EDI while delivering large projects at pace and with success, he has also competed as a Paratriathlete for the GB squad between 2010 and 2014 winning numerous podium spots nationally and internationally. In 2016, he set the Guinness World Record for the fastest Blind Ironman and
also published his autobiography ‘From Blindman to Ironman’ in 2017. He is accustomed to and has delivered numerous inspirational and motivational talks to corporate organisations across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
